- All reservation requests are subject
to availability at the time of booking.
- The currencies of rates quoted have
been specified and validity is been
specified on individual packages. However,
in the event of unforeseen circumstances,
which is over and beyond our control
such as increase in transportation cost,
admission fee, hotel rates, government
tax, etc, Engee tours & Travel reserves
the right to alter such applicable rates
without prior notices.
- Cancellation: In the event
that you wish to cancel any reservation,
notice must be made in writing and depending
on the period of notice given, Engee
tours & Travel will impose and administration
charges and this would be advised accordingly.
- Refunds: No refund is available
for cancellations after travel has commenced
or in respect of any tours, accommodation,
meals or any other services not utilized.
- Liability: Engee tours &
Travel acts only as agent for transportation
companies,hotels, airlines, restaurants,
cruises or coaches and othersuppliersand
therefore does not accept any responsibility
for:
- Any act of omission or default
accident or irregularities that
may be caused to person and or property.
- Circumstances beyond our control
like major road works, traffic congestions,
weather conditions, fairs, festivals,
sport events, political/religious
gatherings, strikes, change of management/closure
of hotels/restaurants, over booking
of hotels/flights, cancellation/
re-routing of flights or railway,
closure of / restricted entry at
a place of sight seeing may result
in changes in the services / itineraries.
Therefore, we reserve absolute right
to alter, amend, change or modify
the Tour Package, Itineraries, the
Tour Schedule, the Travel Plan,
Tour arrangements and sightseeing.
- Engee tours & Travel reserves
the right without being liable for
any loss or damage to change the
itinerary with or without notice
and at its sole discretion if found
to be in the best interest of all
concerned.
- Law and jurisdiction: For
all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature
relating to the Tours coordinated by
Engee tours & Travel the courts,
forums and tribunals in Delhi, India
alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
All tours are subject to laws, rules
of RBI/GOI.
- Every effort is made to ensure web
site accuracy at the time of posting
material to the site, however Engee
tours & Travel cannot be held responsible
for typographical errors or errors arising
from unforeseen circumstances. You acknowledge
and accept that we cannot, and are not
obliged to, check the accuracy of information
provided by third parties. If any feature
is of critical importance to your clients’
holiday, it is the travel agent responsibility
to check at time of reservation whether
such features will be available at the
time of occupancy at the given hotel.
- Grievance: If the Client has
any grievance concerning services,the
Client shall immediately inform us in
writing within a week, so that the Company
can take up the matter with the Independent
Contractor and the Company has the chance
to rectify the problems then and there,
if the grievance is genuine. If you
fail to do this, any right to compensation
or refund which you may have, will be
extinguished or reduced.No claim notified
to the Company outside this period will
be entertained and the Company shall
incur no liability whatsoever in respect
thereof.
