Agra
The city of Agra is world famous for the Taj Mahal and millions of tourists from all over the world come here every year to see the different moods of this magnificent edifice. As Agra was the seat of the great Mughal rulers for many years, it also has a number of historical monuments in and around the city, dating back to the 16th and 17th century. Emperor Akbar built Fatehpur Sikri, the beautiful city of red sandstone, near Agra. Agra is also known for its handicraft products.
 
Bikaner
Bikaner better known as the Desert City, Bikaner is stark yet beautiful - great Hindu and Mughal art is preserved there. This Royal walled city is a part of the desert tourist triangle and lies on the northern tip of the triangle. The city was founded in 1486 AD by the Rathore prince, Rao Bikaji, hence the name Bikaner. Similar in setting to Jaisalmer, Bikaner is a walled city with an important 16th-century fort containing many intricately carved palaces and temples. The fort is remarkably well preserved.
 
Bodhgaya
Bodhgaya is one of the sacred places for the Buddhists as well as for the Hindus. Where the quest of Prince Siddharth was fulfilled after years of seeking the truth and the saga of Buddha began. Here under the Bodhi Tree, Gautama attained supreme knowledge to become Buddha, the `Enlightened One'. The Buddha attained enlightenment in Bodhgaya, under the Bodhi tree which still stands in the temple premises.
